This website is owned and operated by Euro Connexion Limited a New Zealand registered and owned company having its registered office at CROWE HORWATH, Level 29, 188 Quay Street, Auckland Central, Auckland, 1010 , New Zealand. Goods are despatched from our warehouse located in Auckland, New Zealand.

By accessing and/or using this website you accept these terms and conditions. We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. If we make amendments we will publish the amended terms and conditions on this website. Your continued use of the website after such amendment will constitute your acceptance of the amendments.


All prices in are in New Zealand currency and include GST. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Accepted Credit Cards

We accept MasterCard and Visa as payment through our website. Our checkout pages are securely served and encrypted using SSL. Credit Cards are verified in real time using DPS.
The name that will appear on your statement will be “Euro Connexion Limited”

Credit Card Security

Your credit card details do not get processed or transmitted through our website; all transactions are processed via a totally secure payment service provider Direct Payment Solutions (DPS). We use DPS to provide this service and to host and manage the payments page. All transaction sessions are stored and processed in encrypted strings. Your credit card details are not held by us and cannot be accessed by our staff.



Please note we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide a physical address for courier delivery.

We offer free delivery within New Zealand. We pick and despatch our goods via Courier during normal working hours, Monday to Friday. Delivery will normally take place 2-3 business days after you place your order except for Rural Delivery customers who should allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

In most cases, we use PostHaste for all our deliveries; this is a SIGNATURE REQUIRED service. PLEASE NOTE when you sign for a parcel you are signing that you have received the goods in good condition, please do not sign for your goods until you have inspected them.

Deliveries normally occur between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If no one is home, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to obtain your parcel.

We are happy to deliver to an office/business address, but make sure you give us the full address including the company name and level we need to deliver to.

We must have correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.


We ship internationally to other countries by special order. Please contact us by email at contact@aboutshoes.co.nz if you would like to place an order for delivery to a country other than New Zealand.

While we will always strive to send your order within the quickest time-frame possible, however, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

All orders are sold and delivered from New Zealand. Orders delivered outside New Zealand are subject to shipping charges and may require you to pay import duties and taxes; if so you will be charged once your parcel has reached your country. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

All sales are processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Be aware that your credit card company may levy additional charges when processing international transactions.


Sold Out or Out of Stock Items

Stock displayed on the website should be what we currently have on hand. In the unfortunate circumstance that you have ordered an item that is out of stock or sold out, we will attempt to contact you immediately and refund any payment received.

Item Appearance

Due to the process of selling online we try our best to photograph our items to best represent the colour and quality of the item itself. However due to the photography process the item’s colour may vary slightly to the image colour on your screen.

Leather Goods

Due to leather being a natural material, some leather goods may vary slightly in colour from one another. Also some hides have natural marks and patterns on them.

Unless otherwise stated, this website and its contents are subject to copyright. You may use, copy and print parts of this website solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Except as permitted by the Copyright Act you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, display or publish this website or any of its contents, without our prior written consent.
The website contains trademarks. The use and reproduction of these trademarks is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

In the event the transaction the subject of these conditions of sale is subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (“the Act”) then: If the buyer is acquiring products from the seller for the purposes of a business, then the guarantees and remedies provided under the Act shall not apply to the supply of those products. In the event the purchaser is acquiring the product for purposes other than that of a business, then these conditions of sale shall be interpreted subject to the purchaser's rights under the Act, to the intent that no provisions shall any way limit the purchaser's rights under the Act.

Limitation of Liability

Except to the extent of written warranties given by us to you, all warranties and representations in respect of goods sold or services supplied are excluded, including (to the extent permitted by law) those expressed or implied by law.
Our total liability under any warranty for defective or damaged goods supplied by us, or in relation to services is limited at our option to either;

  1. Replacing or repairing the defective or damaged goods; or
  2. Refunding the price of the defective or damaged goods.

Any goods returned to us must be returned freight paid. Reasonable shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty. Where we elect to repair defective goods, we will use all reasonable endeavours to repair the goods as soon as possible, but will not be liable for any delay in completing the repairs.
Unless expressly agreed in these terms and conditions neither the owner of this website nor its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors or assignees will be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related to, the use of this website and any third party websites linked to this website. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, and punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information.
We cannot guarantee that any file or program available for download and/or execution from or via this website is free from viruses or other conditions which could damage or interfere with data, hardware or software with which it might be used. You assume all risk of use of all programs and files on this website, and you release us entirely from all responsibility for any consequences of its use.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with and governed by the laws of New Zealand and the New Zealand courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute
